July 23-27 Rockome hosts Wildlife Encounters. Due to its popularity last year, this event featuring exotic animals will return. Trained handlers will give detailed narratives about the animals and answer questions. Last year the event included a bear, hawks, snakes, and others. This year, admission to Rockome is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors (60+), $4 for children (4-12), and those under 4 get in free.For more information:
