Description:

"Introduction to International Humanitarian Law," a free class offered by Red Cross Central Illinois Chapter. The purpose of this course is to raise public awareness about the Geneva Conventions, the basic rules of International Humanitarian Law, and the role of the Red Cross during armed conflicts. Through class discussions, videos, and group activities, participants can reflect on their perceptions of armed conflicts and explore the fundamental concept of human dignity in the midst of war.
