Fisher man accused of sexual abuse

URBANA – A Fisher man is due in court Aug. 19 after being charged Monday with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Charles Fleming, 37, was arraigned on five counts of the Class 2 felony alleging that between June 14 and 17 and on June 18, he fondled the chest and genital area of a 7-year-old girl who was in his care.
