Fire on Oakwood pole puts about 980 in dark
CHAMPAIGN – About 980 Ameren IP customers in Oakwood were without power for a few hours Tuesday evening.
Ameren Spokeswoman Natalie Hemmer said a fire on a pole at 6 p.m. caused the outage.
