Charges filed against Potomac man in DUI death
URBANA – Additional charges may be filed against a Potomac man following the death of a man who was critically injured in a May vehicle collision.
Assistant State's Attorney Chris Kanis on Thursday afternoon filed aggravated driving under the influence charges against James Daly, 40, alleging he caused great bodily harm to James "Bud" Marron, 81, of Rantoul, in a May 24 collision.
