UI workers adjusting after rounds of layoffs

URBANA – When Keith and Katie Kintner came to Champaign-Urbana more than two years ago, they were looking to trade in the traffic jams, long commutes and smog of Los Angeles for a better quality of life.

The two planned to look for a house to buy this year. Instead, Keith Kintner is looking for a new job.
