Man arrested for firing gun near party

URBANA – An Urbana man is accused of firing a gun outside a party in downtown Urbana over the weekend.

Police arrested Michael D. Allen, 18, who listed an address in the 500 block of Crystal Lake Drive, for unlawful use of weapons, reckless discharge of a weapon and resisting arrest, according to an Urbana police report.
