Judge denies Arnette's request for change of venue
URBANA – The murder trial of a Champaign man accused of killing his estranged wife will remain in Champaign County.
Judge Tom Difanis this morning denied Robert Arnette's request to have his trial, alleging he killed Naomi Arnette and concealed her death for months, heard in another county.
