Museum project preserving vets' memories

TUSCOLA – When it comes to war stories, 89-year-old Dale Smith has got some.

Bullets whizzing past his head. Seeing buddies killed. Being wounded twice. The second time took a portion of his arm. He's still got the scars, more than 60 years later.
