Girl goes missing, phones start ringing
VILLA GROVE – About 10 p.m. Sunday, Janet Shelby realized that one of her 9-year-old twin girls was missing from their home on Madison Avenue in Villa Grove.
Checking with her ex- husband, Steve Shelby, she learned that their daughter, Marissa, was not at his apartment several blocks away.
