Father faces arraignment for battery of an infant
URBANA – A Champaign man is expected to be arraigned today for aggravated battery to a child for injuries he is accused of inflicting on his infant daughter.
Champaign County State's Attorney Julia Rietz said Morgan Garlick, 26, who listed an address in the 200 block of West Green Street, Champaign, was arrested Tuesday after the girl's mother took the baby to the hospital Monday night.
