Residents from area taking part in relief efforts
CHAMPAIGN – The tops of roofs and silos are most of what Champaign firefighter Mike Bayless and two other local city employees have seen amid flood damage in Gladstone.
Their bird's-eye view comes from video taken by helicopter as it flew over the immediate area, Bayless said.
