Ogden man accused of fondling daughter's young guests
URBANA – An Ogden man accused of inappropriate contact with two of his daughter's friends is scheduled to be back in court Aug. 19.
Bobby Morris, 39, was arraigned Monday on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The counts allege that in January and again in May, he fondled and kissed the feet of girls under the age of 13 for his own sexual arousal.
