Fisher man pleads guilty to fondling child
URBANA – A Fisher man pleaded guilty in court Tuesday and admitted fondling a girl in June.
Charles Fleming, 37, pleaded guilty to five counts of aggravated criminal sex abuse, admitting he fondled a 7-year-old girl several times over four days in mid-June. Under a negotiated plea, prosecutors agreed to recommend a sentence of four years' probation.
