Champaign school board, teachers reach tentative agreement
CHAMPAIGN – The Champaign school district and its teachers' union reached a tentative contract agreement Wednesday night.
They reached the agreement after four and a half hours of negotiating, with the help of a federal mediator. It was the third time the two sides had met with the mediator.
