Urbana posting all proposed city ordinances on Web site
URBANA – Proposed ordinances will be posted on the city's Web site from now on, according to City Attorney Ronald O'Neal.
O'Neal said Monday he was making the change after consulting last week with Mayor Laurel Prussing. The move follows an Oct. 14 article in The News-Gazette noting recent instances in which proposed ordinances originating from the city attorney's office weren't showing up on the city's Web site, except for the ordinance title.
