Rantoul man arraigned in drug case
URBANA – A Rantoul man continues to be held in the county jail on charges that he possessed 144 pounds of cannabis intended for sale.
Carlos Mendoza, 38, who listed an address in the Eastside Trailer Park, 1938 County Road 3000 N, was arraigned Tuesday on Class X felony charges of possession with intent to deliver cannabis and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance following his arrest Saturday.
