Champaign council to review market analysis of Country Fair

CHAMPAIGN – Joyce O'Donnell of Champaign still likes to shop at Country Fair Shopping Center at the northwest corner of Mattis and West Springfield avenues, where she's shopped for decades.

"I've been coming here ever since they had Jewel," she said, mentioning a grocery store that was once an anchor at Country Fair.
