Challengers big winners in Rantoul ballot lottery draw

RANTOUL – Challengers were the big winners and incumbents were the big losers in Tuesday's ballot placement lottery in Rantoul.

Lincoln's Challenge Academy Director Peter Thomas drew numbered slips out of a basket provided by Village Clerk Jeremy Reale in the Rantoul Municipal Building.
