Proposed subdivision faces first vote
CHAMPAIGN – A new 416-unit apartment complex could be one step closer to construction.
The Champaign City Council is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a preliminary plat of Laurel Heights subdivision, a proposed project by Indianapolis developer Herman and Kittle Properties.
