Unofficial St. Patrick's Day under way to the tune of 89 arrests

URBANA - By 5:45 p.m., police had made 89 arrests on campus town.

The annual "Unofficial St. Patrick's Day" event began Thursday night, drawing in out-of-town fans to what has become known as a two-day drinking binge.
