Portions of 3 Champaign streets temporarily closed
CHAMPAIGN – One lane of a portion of Washington Street in Champaign will be closed for the next three days.
Ronald S. Hartke, a spokesman for Illinois American Water, said the company will be closing the eastbound lane of Washington Street from First Street to Market Street from Wednesday until Friday to allow work crews to repair a water valve at the corner of First and Washington streets.
