Police look for armed robber

CHAMPAIGN – Police are looking for a man who robbed another man at knifepoint on Tuesday.

According to a Champaign police report, a 52-year-old Urbana man was on the 500 block of East Grove Avenue in Champaign at 2:21 a.m. Tuesday when he was hit and kicked numerous times by a man armed with a knife. The armed man demanded and got money from the Urbana man and ran off with the cash.
