Bourbonnais man accused of wrecking stolen forklift
URBANA – A Bourbonnais man is due back in court next month to face felony charges in an incident in which a forklift was stolen in Champaign and wrecked in Urbana.
Daniel Wedig, 38, was arraigned Thursday for possession of a stolen vehicle and theft over $10,000, both Class 2 felonies, alleging that early Wednesday he stole a Sky Trak forklift belonging to an Urbana construction company from the 700 block of South Neil Street in Champaign.
