Champaign man sentenced for having heroin for sale
URBANA – A Champaign man convicted of possessing heroin intended for sale has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Judge Harry Clem imposed the sentence Friday on Earl Clay, 38, whose last known address was in the 400 block of East Church Street.
