Urbana man arrested for indecency

CHAMPAIGN – An Urbana man was arrested early Saturday in the campus area for public indecency.

A Champaign police report said Richard Pyter, 26, who listed an address in the 500 block of West High Street, was arrested about 1:20 a.m. after he was seen in the 600 block of East Daniel Street in Champaign videotaping women while masturbating in a parked car.
