Champaign police investigating street robbery
CHAMPAIGN — Champaign police were interviewing suspects Thursday afternoon in a robbery that occurred near Centennial High School.
Police spokeswoman Rene Dunn said about 3 p.m., three middle school students and two high school students approached an 18-year-old man, hit him and took his wallet. The man suffered minor injuries, Dunn said.
