Drug-sniffing dog helps Champaign deputies with arrest

URBANA – A man from Normal found to have more than an ounce of crack cocaine is scheduled to be back in court next month.

Perry Harrington, 30, was charged Friday in Champaign County Circuit Court with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
