TILTON — An Urbana woman was injured Friday in Vermilion County when her car went partially under a semitrailer on Interstate 74.
Illinois State Police at Pesotum said Shivani Shinde, 26, of Urbana, was driving west near Tilton and as she passed a semitrailer tractor truck, lost control of her car. Her car went partially underneath the semitrailer, spun out of control and ended up in the median where it overturned. It finally came to rest in the passing lane of the eastbound lanes of I-74.
