Need to speed? Champaign police plan to ticket you

CHAMPAIGN – Dave Griffet and his colleagues have been going out on Windsor Road on Champaign's south side for three years now, trying to slow down drivers who confuse the smooth four-lane highway with the Autobahn.

But the Champaign police sergeant is just not sure drivers are getting the message.
