Urbana man arrested after leading police on foot chase

URBANA – An Urbana man who led police on a foot chase Tuesday afternoon, allegedly dropping drugs along the way, is due back in court next month.

Robert Ellis Moore, 22, who listed an address in the 1200 block of West Church Street, was charged Wednesday in Champaign County Circuit Court with possession with intent to deliver Ecstasy and possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
