Catlin elementary students do well on state tests
CATLIN – Principal Dennis Buesking said that Catlin Grade School students performed well on last year's standardized state testing and that the school met its annual yearly progress goals.
Each spring, elementary and middle school students across the state take the Illinois Standards Achievement Test, and 11th-grade students take the Prairie State Achievement Exam. The results allow school officials to see how their students compare with their peers statewide, as well as how they are progressing from year to year.
