Man accused of aggravated criminal sexual assault

URBANA – A Champaign man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her home early Thursday is due back in court July 14.

Harvey P. Blakely, 44, who listed an address in the 1700 block of Paula Drive, was charged Friday in Champaign County Circuit Court with aggravated criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual assault for an incident that occurred about 5 a.m. Thursday at an apartment in the 1900 block of North Lincoln Avenue.
