Firefighters battle blaze in Villa Grove

VILLA GROVE – A house fire was reported to officials at 10:30 p.m.

No one was home at the time. The fire was reported by neighbors nearby who noticed smoke filling their house. A dog at the residence was rescued by Villa Grove firefighters.
