Champaign farmstead's cheeses gain following
CHAMPAIGN – In just a few years Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery in rural Champaign has brightened the food landscape of East Central Illinois, and the state.
The first artisan-cheese farmstead in Illinois boasts a loyal following of foodies and has attracted national attention for its French-style goat- and sheep-milk cheeses.
