Plans to cast no vote on a school in Savoy

Was it just me or did others notice that the tone of Savoy's Mayor Robert McCleary's recent Guest Commentary was kind of snooty?

I read his whole article – all his reasons and all his excuses on a number of pressing issues. But I was disappointed, once again, that the mayor either refused or forgot to explain away why his town doesn't officially celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
