Wayne Stovall is an avid bargain hunter and maintains a large stash of frree stuff, sales fliers and coupons at his home in Villa Grove.
It's a sure bet that at one time or another, someone's accused 78-year-old Wayne Stovall of holding a penny so tight Abe Lincoln squealed.
Wayne's known around Villa Grove for being thrifty with his money, and frankly, he's pretty proud of his tightwad tendencies.
