Here's a reminder on Champaign fireworks traffic plan

Officials are trying to cut down on traffic jams experienced during the past two fireworks shows held at Parkland College.
CHAMPAIGN – Fireworks for the Champaign County Freedom Celebration will be on Saturday night at Dodds Park in northwest Champaign, next to Parkland College.
The event has been marred with traffic snarls in the past since moving to Parkland two years ago.
